Danilo Munoz

He was born August 4, 1965, in Colombia and was the son of Miryan M. Belalcazar and the late Hernando Munoz. He was a metal worker with Betco, Inc. in Statesville for many years.

Danilo is survived by two daughters, Melissa Munoz and Jennifer Munoz; a son Bryan Munoz; his mother, Miryan M. Belalcazar, all of Colombia; a sister, Nelsy Munoz; five brothers, Victor Munoz, Orlando Munoz, Hugo Munoz, Ramiro Munoz, and Alejandro Munoz.

Funeral services celebrating Danilo’s life will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday in the Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Ken Hudson and the Rev. Jorge Ruiz officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home prior to the service and immediately following the service. Burial will take place at a later date in Colombia.
