

Joshua David Pardue, 29, of Statesville, left this world Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, doing what he loved to do, riding his Harley-Davidson. Josh was born in Wilmington, May 1, 1986, and was the son of David and Roxanne Pardue, of Huntersville and the late Meredith Brawley Pardue. He was the grandson of Bill and Mariam Pardue, of Statesville and the late Bill and Judy Brawley, of Statesville. Josh was a 2004 graduate of West Iredell High School.
He married Chelsey Beam on July 11, 2009. They have three sons, Ethan Matthew, Daniel Lee, and Levi David; and a dog, Buster. He was self employed with Southern Cuts Landscaping and Lawn Care. He was a member at Bethlehem UMC and also attended Eufola Baptist Church. He was a member of the National H.O.G. Chapter and the local Statesville H.O.G. Chapter, and he was also an Eagle Scout for Troop 603.
In addition to his wife and children, Josh is survived by a sister, Sarah Beth Keller (Lee), of Statesville; father and mother-in-law, Robby and Tonya Beam, of Statesville; sisters-in-law, Chasity Pharr (Jody), of Stony Point, and Kristen Beam and fiancé, Dustin Johnson, of Taylorsville; aunts, Sandy Galliher (Terry), of Statesville and Patty Ostwalt (Randy), of Troutman; uncle, Neill Pardue (Tonya), of Statesville; nieces, Haylee Pharr and Meredith Keller; nephews, Carter Johnson and Eli Pharr; several cousins; and stepbrothers, Michael Richardson II (Brenda), of Gainesville, Fla., and Cody Richardson, of Greensboro; stepsister, Heidi Ladlee (Dan), of Chimney Rock.
A funeral service for Josh will be held Thursday, Dec. 31, at West Iredell High School Auditorium at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home, from 5 to 9 p.m.
