Mouc was born in Cambodia and survived the Cambodian Genocide before immigrating to the United States. She was a sister, wife, and loving mother to three sons. She was family-oriented and the definition of unconditional love. Mouc conveyed her love through cooking and enjoyed making meals for her family and friends. She raised three boys and was, without doubt, the strongest in the family.
Mouc is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, her three sons, Bryan, Jonathan and Jason and her aunt and uncle, Mary Heng and Mostt Heng.
