Mrs. Turner was born on March 1, 1946 in Churchville, VA and was a daughter of the late William Donald and Ruth (Ashby) Kesner Sr. Betty was longtime member and Elder of Loch Willow Presbyterian Church in Churchville. She worked for GE, Blockbuster, and later retired from Peebles. Mrs. Turner was also a member of the St Paul’s Women’s Bible Study Group.
She is survived by her husband Barry Turner.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Turner is survived by her sons, Sean Turner and Erik Turner, both of Everywhere U.S.A.; two sisters, Rosalie Koontz of Staunton and Beverly Wise of Spring Hill, VA.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, William Donald Kesner, Jr.
A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday September 13, 2022 at 1 PM at the Loch Willow Presbyterian Church in Churchville.
