Joseph was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his father and siblings, Josephine Garcilazo, Gwendolyn, David (Chikeeyta) and Mary Green.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 27,2016 at the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes & Crematory, 18 Frederick St., Staunton, VA 24401 with Rev. Michael Turner officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to services at the funeral home.
