Born January 10, 1940 in Wheeling, WV, she was a daughter of the late Madelyn Rapp.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Griffin.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jerry Griffin of Staunton; two sons, Jefferson Griffin and wife, Kayla Alexander, of Staunton and Jared Griffin and wife, Anna Hawkins of Richmond, VA; and two grandchildren, Harper Griffin and Madelyn Griffin-Lott.
A private family burial will be held at Duck Run Natural Cemetery, Penn Laird.
Friends may visit with the family at her home from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
