I met your dad while I was a volunteer at Morning Pointe Assisted Living in Knoxville, TN. He was such a kind and gentle man, always smiling. He would patiently play cards or other games with many of the residents who had difficulty in understanding. I first noticed how kind he was and willing to help with one of the men who was in a wheelchair and needed help. He was his shopping partner at the Walmart trips until he had to move into the Memory Care. I am not volunteering now and was so shocked to learn of his sudden death. He also tried very patiently to teach me how to play Russian Bank.  My prayers are with your family.
