Monica was the beloved wife of James J. Venturelli for 66 years; loving mother of Melanie (Larry) Lagesse, James A. (Darlene), Daniel (Suzanne), Michael, and Nicole (Lance) Handzel; Dearest grandmother of Sarah, Megan, Maxine, Stephanie, Vincenza, and Bruno.
A visitation for Monica will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402. A funeral mass will occur Monday, October 11, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 2127 W 22nd Pl., Chicago, IL 60608. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 11, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458.
