Nicolas Sanchez passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025. Nicolas was born on October 29, 1959 in Mexico to his parents Maria and Ramon Sanchez. Loving husband of Sandra Zavala. Beloved father of Angelica Zamarripa, Miguel Zamarripa, Rocio Herrera, Jacqueline Zepeda, Nicolas Sanchez, Jasmin Sanchez and Victor Sanchez. Cherished grandpa of Bianca Castillo, Liliana Garcia, Jessica Garcia, Sebastian Garcia, Ronnie Ramirez, Miguel Zamarripa, Crystal Herrera, Giselle Herrera, Jazlin Herrera, Mateo James Zepeda, Dalia Ruano, Nicolas Sanchez, A'maris Sanchez, Aiden Ramon Sanchez and Lorena Victoria Lagesse and great grandfather to Amelia  Zamarripa . He was a wonderful father in law to Hector Garcia, Pedro Herrera, Manuel Zepeda, Justin Lagesse and Ana Gonzalez.

His life began in Jalisco where he was born. He was raised in Leon, Guanajuato with his 11 siblings. In 1979 he started his journey to Chicago. Nicolas met Sandra in 1981 and together raised their family. He began his business in 1984 which is now known as GTO Construction Inc. In his time, he traveled all around the world. He was very giving of his time, wealth and love.
