I met Ms.Cook at Bowden center years ago when I signed up for classes,and just before she left she came to our class and encouraged us to keep coming to class once we signed up,such a sweet lady,she will be missed but never forgotten, my condolences to family friends and staff at Bowden.❤️🙏

I have known Ms. Cook since 2006.  She has always been a kind woman with a kind heart.  She loved her family and her grandchildren.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family.  Ms. Cook will be missed.

There are so many lives Mrs. Cook impacted in her dedicated  work with senior services in Fulton County. Through many  changing administrations during her career, she was a constant on which members of the center could always count and to whom they always went, for answers.  Truly she saw her employment as much more than a job; for her, it was a calling, where she was always willing and available to serve. From  the center where she worked to the  trips  she planned  to Alaska, New Mexico,  New Jersey  and all points in between,  Mrs. Cook worked tirelessly to broaden the horizons and expand the experiences of those whom she served. Job well done, Barbara; well done,  for answering and  then remaining faithful to your earthly assignment! 
Now, I  pray for you, the members of the Cook family, In His infinite power, our Lord is able to provide all that you need during this season of grief.
