Carl Jon Joseph Davis

Carl affectionately known as "CJ” was an outgoing, kind-hearted, energetic, fun-loving person. In his early years, he received his formal education in the Henry County School System. While growing up, he participated and excelled in many recreational sports including football, baseball, wrestling, and gymnastics. CJ also enjoyed fishing and riding 4 wheelers and motorcycles. Anyone that truly knew him, knew he had a big heart and would help whenever and however he could.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Diane Davis; his grandmother, Mary Loretta Raley; and grandfather, Joseph Davis. CJ leaves behind his two wonderful children, Mikalah and Carson Davis. He is also survived by his father, Dan Edwards; grandfather, John Raley; grandmother, Patricia Davis; his uncles and aunts, James Emory & Peggy Davis, and Jason & Wendi Raley. CJ also had many other great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. CJ’s sweet spirit will truly be missed by all the lives he touched during his short life.

A visitation for family and friends of CJ will be held Saturday November 20, 2021, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM at Horis A. Ward – Fairview Chapel, Fairview Rd. Stockbridge, Georgia and followed by a memorial service at 2:00PM. A graveside service will also be held on Monday, November 22, 2021, at 11:00AM.
