Ernie Phillips, aged 87 of Stockbridge, passed away Thursday, May 25th 2017. Ernie was a retiree of Henry Medical Center and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
Ernie is preceded in passing by her husband, George Phillips and her grandson, Wayne Phillips.
She is survived by her sons, Eddie (Toni) Phillips of Flovilla, Glynn (Beth) Phillips of Rex, and Steve Phillips of Stockbridge; siblings, Marcia Jarrett of Jackson and Van Palmer of Stanford, Florida; grandchildren, Jon, Sabrina, Chris, Eric, Laurie, Kristi, Misti, and Jacob; as well as 20 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 28th 2017 at 2:00 pm at Bethel United Methodist Church. Services will follow at 3:00 pm. Interment in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
