Evie Louise Posey 84 of McDonough Ga passed away July 4, 2013.Louise was predeceased by her husband Rayford Posey, parents George Wayne & Bessie Louise Campbell Dixon, three brothers Wayne, Richard and Burton Dixon. Mrs Posey was a Graduate of Bass High School, was born in Atlanta on July 9, 1928 and was a member of Eagles Landing Baptist Church. Survivors are five children; Linda Jerry Rogers, Patsy & V. W. Chafin, Rayford Posey Jr., Rick Posey & Karen and Denise Morgan & Jay. Two brothers Fred Dixon & wife Claudia and Larry Dixon. Five Grandchildren and six Great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday July 8, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Eagles Landing Baptist Church. Dr. Tim Dowdy will officiate. Interment in the Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
