Dear Pat,
I was just at a family gathering over the 4th and learned from Gary that your dad had died. What a kind man he was! I treasure the memories of working in the peach orchard, packing peaches and  getting to go on those predawn delivery runs to the grocery stores that sold packs of peaches. We had fun riding in his plane and seeing Stone Mtn from the air. So cool! Our best fun was the vacation to Miami. Thanks for sharing your family with me. I was honored to know your parents and to get to spend so much time with your family. I'll be thinking of you.

Mr. Floyd loved life, family and faithful friendships. Indeed, one has to have a friend-bearing nature. For those bereaved, much comfort comes from how he spent his "days". I did not know him, personally but the fruits he bore speak well of him. Psalms 49:15-20.

Ms. Pat and Brian, our love and prayers go out to you for your loss.  Mr Berry certainly touched my life as I know he did others, we will truly miss him.  May God Bless you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Berry. Our families go back a long time. I remember him flying his plane when I was just a child while at my Aunt Ruth Richardson house visiting. My Dad, Horace Hammonds would stop by on occasion to visit. He will be missed

I am going to miss you so much Papa Floyd. I am so sorry I didn't come visit more often and now it is too late. I will never forget all our great memories from living with you to flying to making pecan pies. Forever missed never forgotten. RIP Papa!! I love you!
