Jonathan Hayward Case, age 34, of Buena Vista, TN, passed away on June 21, 2025. Preceded in death by his brother, Timothy David Case, grandparents, Bobby and Sara Case, Madie Perryman and grandfathers, Hayward Smith and George Valentine, Jr, and aunt Christi Valentine.
He is survived by his grandmothers Emily Rachael (Lloyd )Jenkins, Lynn Valentine, daughter, Elizabeth Charlotte Case, his mother, Darlene Hammond; father, Johnny (Jamie) Case, brothers Robby (Danielle) Case, Slade (Jordan) Hudson; sister Jordan Perryman.
Aunts Debra Bailey, Dina (Tommy)Thornton, Ampora (Daniel) Ewing, uncles Trey (Carolyn) Valentine and Josh Perryman. Nieces and nephews Vincent Case, Gavin Case, Jake Bailey, Dustin Bailey, Wyatt Mack, Brenna Perryman, Ella Perryman, and Miles Hudson.
Jonathan loved his daughter Elizabeth more than anything. He was a loving father, son and brother. He was an avid sportsman and fisherman and professional truck driver. .
