Kathleen Palmer Hendrix, age 91, of Stockbridge, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 1pm, with Rev. Keith Fleming officiating. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington, GA.
Kathleen was a member of the Jodeco Baptist Church and the Hidden Valley Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by children; Kerry & Debbie Hendrix , Kathye Hendrix Holcombe & Jim, and Jennifer Hendrix, 6 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Rev. Jimmie Hendrix, parents; U.R & Dallie Palmer, brothers; Nolan, Freddie and Carlton Palmer and sister; Sarah Stephens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 23, 2017, from 2pm and 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home.
