Kathy Rawls

Kathy Rawls, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, Kathy had a passion for cooking, often preparing meals for family and friends, bringing everyone together around the table with her delicious dishes.

Kathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Rawls, who was the love of her life. She is also reunited in spirit with her brothers, James Martin, Charles Bishop, Edward Bishop, and her sister, Debbie Walls.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her children, Jamie and Chris Womack, and Jan Rawls(Stevie). Kathy cherished her role as a grandmother to Hailey and Zack Edge, Kailey and Charlie Pate, Brian Womack and Veronica, Leanna James and Payton, and Bubba Rawls. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Eason Womack, Layla Womack, and Everleigh Pate.

Kathy's life was enriched by the many nieces, nephews, family, and friends who surrounded her with love. She touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A visitation for Kathy will be held Friday, October 11, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of life will occur Friday, October 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. An interment will occur Friday, October 11, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
