Eloise was born March 29, 1938 in Decatur, Georgia to the late Leila and Clarence McCart. She was married to her late husband, Mr. Troy Moon and was a mother to six children. Eloise worked for Atlanta Central Service Center, a family-owned appliance sales and service center as a bookkeeper and receptionist. She retired after 32 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Eloise was a great cook and enjoyed cooking very much. She also loved watching old movies as well as daily church services.
Eloise also loved to travel when she could, to see new things and meet new people. When she learned to use the internet, she would reach out and make new connections. She laughed easily and would laugh at anything, often to the point where she would cry. In her younger years, Eloise loved going out to dance with her daughters. She was very helpful to anyone and would always lend an ear to one's troubles, giving advice where necessary. She will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, Leila Elizabeth Farmer-McCart and Clarence Anderson McCart, Eloise was also preceded in death by her husband, Troy Moon. She leaves six children to cherish her memory, Marie Renee Poplin, Thomas Lamar Williams (Judy), James Robert Williams (Audie), Nancy Ann Crockett (Daniel), Elizabeth Denise Goble (Paul), and Clarence Johnny Williams (Kim); one brother, James Alton McCart (Helen); three cousins, Peggy Ann Parker, Sally Farmer, and Sara Ruff; one niece, Terry Lynn Hellings; 17 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
