Penny Phillips age 41 and Rebecca Steele age 10 of Jackson passed away on April 23, 2011. Penny and Rebecca are survived by; Destiny Head, Johnny Head, Heather Steel, Jacob Steele, Valerie Proctor, Andrew Davis, Russell Argo, Randy Brown, parents and grandparents; Patsy and Carlos Eijo. Funeral service for Penny and Rebecca will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Rock Springs Baptist Church in Morrow Ga., with Rev. Eddy Wright and Brother Tommy Amen officiating. Family will receive friends on Friday April 29, 2011 from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
