Sara was born on September 27, 1926 in Grayson, Georgia to Lexton Ray Johnson and Romie Neal. After graduation, she became a secretary with CNA Insurance. She met married the love her life Mr. James C. Ferguson and they lived happily ever after until his passing.
Her life will forever be remembered and cherished by her children, Tony Ferguson, Patricia Crosby, Larry Ferguson, Jimmy Ferguson and Barbara Gordon; ten grandchildren, Mike Crosby, Michele Porter, Andra Crenshaw, Ethan Ferguson, Justin Ferguson, Jason McDonald, Lee Moore, Shawn Moore, Zack Moore and Daniel Ferguson; fourteen great-grandchildren, Michael Crosby, Kayliegh Crosby, Hayley Porter, Alexis Bautz, Hannah Ferguson, Ariel McDonald, Abby McDonald, Autumn Moore, Drake Moore, Zachary Moore, Cadence Moore, Arabelle Moore, Kamryn Moore and Rylee Moore; a host of other relatives and family friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Sunday, April 19, 2020 from 12:00Noon - 2:00PM. Please use your appointed time designated by her family.
