Stacey is survived by. Parents Kenneth and Patricia Barnes, brother Brian Owens and a sister Miranda Owens, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 18, 2018 at 3:00 PM, Stockbridge, Georgia. A burial will occur Wednesday, January 18, 2018 at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
