Tom V. Plumstead, 89, passed away on March 6, 2016 at home. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Horis A. Ward – Fairview Chapel. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Anita Plumstead; children, Thomas Michael and his wife Carol, John K. Plumstead and his wife Donna, Katrina Cole, Jennifer Estrada; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; niece, Sharon Farrar; nephew, Gerald Plumstead; and a longtime friend of the family, Kathie Plumstead. Tom was predeceased by his parents, George and Mae Plumstead; daughter, Judy Duke; granddaughter, Lynn Griffin; brother, George M. Plumstead, Jr.; and a nephew, George M. Plumstead, III. He served in the United States Air Force and retired from Carroll Tire Co.
