She was born in Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica.
Violet M. Chambers was known for her generosity and loving kindness. She had a compassionate heart. Whenever possible, she offered a helping hand to those in need without asking for anything in return. Her exquisite cooking was enjoyed by many people who she chose to share her delicious cuisines with.
Violet M. Chambers will be dearly missed by two daughters, Luetta & Deborah; one son, Ian; grandchildren, Mitzie and Jevaughn; great grandchildren, Danien and Micah; Aunt Inez, Brother Victor, Sister Beverly, Sisters-in-law Phyllis and Shirley, friend Alrica; godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family friends, and a host of beloved loved ones whose lives she has touched over the years.
Previously departed loved ones include Mother Mary Latchman-Holder, Father William Sterling, and Elkanah Chambers who she affectionately called “Daddy”.
