Von D. Wilbanks, age 77, of Jackson, formerly of Ellenwood, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 1pm, with Alec Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his brother; Robert “Bob” Wilbanks, niece; Trina & John Barton, nephew; Scott & Karie Wilbanks, great-nephews; Jackson Barton, Mitchell Barton, Justin Wilbanks and Travis Wilbanks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Hoyt and Jewette Wilbanks and sister-in-law, Katrina “Tina” Wilbanks.
