Born August 14,1930 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Cecil Roy Webber and Willie Mae (Ellis) Webber.
Wilma was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed playing the piano, singing and dancing with the love of her life , Franklin. Wilma came from a musical family who sang as a gospel group in her early years. She loved to spend time with her friends and was the light of the party. Wilma was loved and referred to as "Mom" by her son, Randell's, friends. She will be deeply missed.

Survived by her son, Randell H. Parrott and his wife Sandra L. Parrott.
Inurnment service will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 12:00pm at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, GA
