Loving sister of Prince Woodbury (Carmen) and Fernando Battle (Bridgette).
She is also survived by her nieces and nephews; Quianna, Prince IV, Katrina, Kendra and Quintin Woodbury, Fernando Battle, Jr., Robert Dobbs, her uncles, Raymond Taylor, Thomas Rogers, cousins, Rueben, Angie, Hope and Renee, Timothy, Kenneth, her God parents, Sandra and Hosea Palmer and a host of loving family and friends.
Yvette was called in ministry at an early age. She was also dedicated to her outreach ministry, Language of The Black Women's Touch. Yvette was a proud member of the AKA Sorority. She enjoyed fine dining, cooking, world traveling, jazz music, theater, and a participant of The Peachtree Road Race. She loved being an aunt, and she will be truly missed.
Amongst all of the things that she enjoyed in her life, she remained a good and faithful servant.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation in intervals on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA, where a memorial service to celebrate her life will be streaming LIVE on Facebook with limited seating beginning at 1 p.m.
