Billy F. Wise Jr.

Wilfred Francis Wise, Jr. (AKA) Billy Passed away on November 30th 2016 at the young age of 34. Billy was a light to all who knew him. Though Billy faced many struggles in life he never gave up. He taught us the meaning of unconditional love. Having such a huge heart he would often give either the shirt or coat off of his back, literally! We were so blessed to have had him as a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Billy is survived by his preceded in death father Wilfred Francis Wise Sr., Survived by his mother Beverly Wise, Brother Jonathan Hopkins, Sister Tammy Davis and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. On behalf of Billy who would like to give an honorable mention to his cousins Brian Wise, Mark Martin, Taylor Martin and Belleka Parks. Each one individually knows why. Please join us in the celebration of life. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 12th at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel located at 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton CA 95219 at 2:00 pm. A Repass will be held at Sunpointe Condominiums (Clubhouse) located at 3591 Quail Lakes Drive following the Memorial Service at 3:30 pm.
