Edith M. Snyder

March 16, 1923 – August 6, 2011

Edith Snyder was born in Redfield, KS on March 16, 1923. She moved to Stockton with her family as a young adult where she married Bud Snyder. Fifty-nine years of marriage included hunting and fishing trips, raising two children, Jeanne Darling and Bill Snyder and fostering others, competing on a bowling league, baking for extended family and everyone who walked into their home on Pine St. became family, attending church at Faith Baptist Church, crocheting for family and community service groups, doting on three Grandchildren, two Great-Grandchildren and the children of every friend of the family. Edith sang off key, loved the family’s dogs and cherished every member of her family. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary 809 N.
