

Jeff was born on February 4th, 1963 in Bakersfield, California and passed away at his home in Oakdale, CA on September 20th, 2023. He grew up in central California and also lived in the Phoenix, Arizona area where he graduated from high school and The Motorcycle Mechanics Institute.
Jeff worked in manufacturing and as a lab technician for an aerospace repair facility. He also built and repaired diesel hybrid generators, used to start aircraft engines. He was an accomplished motorcycle mechanic.
Jeff’s hobbies included hockey, motorcycles, and dogs. He was active in Bill Glass Prison Ministries, sharing the Gospel with inmates. He was especially proud to have played hockey for the Fresno Falcons minor hockey league team. We will miss his wicked sense of humor and his unassuming, no nonsense approach to life.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Robert (Raenetta) Isaak of Visalia, CA, mother, Marilyn (Jerry) Rich of St . Louis, MO, brother, Mitch (Donna) Isaak, of New Braunfels, TX, sister, Shirley Isaak, of St. Louis, MO, stepsister, Laurie (Brian) Diamant, of Visalia, CA. He also leaves behind two nephews, Andy (Kelley) Isaak, Alex (Hannah) Isaak, a niece, Anna (Chris) Higashi, and three great nephews. He was preceded in death by his stepbrother, Greg Young, and his grand parents, Jacob and Elma Isaak, and Louie and Esther Novikoff.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 28th at 11:00 AM at Covenant Grove Church, 4825 Roselle Avenue, Modesto, CA 95357
