Juanita Rose Lopez passed on August 20, 2020, in her home at the age of 97. She was the fourth of eight children, born August 30, 1922. Juanita is preceded in death by her parents: Juan and Isabel Rodriguez, Siblings: Manuel, Fidel, Alexander, John, Mary, and Rita. Great granddaughter: Sunny Marsh.
Juanita married Henry Lopez in 1943. They were married 69 years until Henry’s passing in 2013.
Henry and Juanita had two children, John H. Lopez and Juanita B Lopez-Willey (Theodore Willey)
Juanita was a life long Stocktonian. She drove a flat bed truck carrying Hops, used in brewing beer and also worked at the town Post Office in Sloughhouse California for two years and then headed back to Stockton. Juanita is survived by her sister Eleanor Lopez and eight grandchildren, Theresa, Eric, Michele, Sean, Steve, Andrea, Ashley and Tim. She had fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great granddaughters.
