Luis Moreno Jr. of Stockton, Ca passed away peacefully pm Tuesday, September 29th, surrounded by family and friends. Born in Texas, Luis served in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years. Luis is preceded in death by his parents, Bernarda Barraza, Luis Moreno Sr., as well as his brother, Justo Moreno and Sister, Angela Moreno. Luis is survived by his five children, Luis, Monique, Samantha, John and Gorge as well as his siblings, Sandra, Fernando, Jovita, Silverio, Josie and Hector. Luis also leaves behind his companion, Josie Adame and 10 grandchildren. Luis was a member of the VFW Post 52.
Frisbie- Warren & Carroll Mortuary is honored to be serving the Moreno family. A visitation will be held Thursday October 8, at Frisbie- Warren & Carroll, 809 N. California St., Stockton, From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A rosary will follow the visitation at 6:00 pm. A celebration of life service will be held Friday October 9, at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll at 12 Noon. Final resting place will be San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
