Manuela was born in April 1930 to Roberto and Guadalupe Sosa in Mexico. She had 3 brothers and 6 sisters.
Manuela is preceded in death by her parents Roberto and Guadalupe, her 3 brothers and 6 sisters of Mexico and her sons Rodrigo Gonzales, Jr. and Manuel Gonzales of Stockton, CA.
She is survived by her loving daughters Maria Gonzales and Sylvia Lupian, along with her 8 Grandchildren, Alicia Gonzales, Monica Romero, Jessica Gonzales, Linda Lupian, Antonio Lupian, Fernando Lupian, Jaime Lupian and Juanita Febres-Duk and 6 Great-Grandchildren Ailene Corona, Miguel Corona, Jr., Gabriella Romero, Samira Lupian, Fernando Lupian, Jr., and Ezrah Febres-Duk all of Stockton, CA.
She was the Dancing Queen, poker and loteria champ of the family and will be remembered for her out going spirit. She was a great cook and worked for El Concilio for over 20 years giving her time to her community.
On Wednesday May 26th, 2021 there will be a viewing from 3-6pm at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N California Street, Stockton, CA 95202, the Rosary will begin at 6pm. On Thursday, May 27th, 2021 at 10 am Mass will be at St. Linus Church, 2620 S B Street, Stockton, CA 95206.
