Matthew Martin Zachocki, 51, of Stockton, CA passed away at home on June 8th, 2025. Matthew was born on January 31, 1974 to Virgina Ortiz and Randy Zachocki. Matthew attended Tokay High school and would spend the majority of his professional career working in retail sales and management. Matthew's priority in life was his family and faith. He leaves behind a Fiancé, Christiana Candelaria Chavez, and four sons; Jonathan Anthony Ross, Tyler Martin Zachocki, Trysten Thomas Zachocki, and Samuel Matthew Zachocki. In addition, Matthew loved being a grandfather to his grandson Lucas Martin Zachocki.
