Michael Calivozo Relloque III began life January 23, 1968 and received his wings December 19, 2025. “Mikie”, as he came to be nicknamed, played Baseball and Basketball growing up in Stockton making strong community ties all over the San Joaquin Valley. His spirit was magnetic and he became well-known for treating people, sometimes complete strangers, like he had known them his whole life. He attended St. Mary's high school his freshman year and graduated from Lodi high school. He was proud to be crowned the first Filipino homecoming king in Lodi.
Later on he attended college classes at Delta receiving his AA degree and attended UOP. He worked various jobs around the Valley and the country. The list includes but is not limited to: Substitute teacher, volunteer sports coach, Low voltage technician, Pacific Bell, Stockton Wheel, Alpine Meats, Car salesmen, Truck driver. Etc. Mikie loved golfing, LA Rams football, and baseball especially the Dodgers #42. He could build and fix anything. He was funny, intelligent, outgoing and thrived at whatever he put his mind to. Mikie struggled with injury and illness his adult life which sidelined him from activities that he was passionate about. Mikie’s first and primary passion was always his family.
When everyone grew up and left home, he needed rest. Toward the end of his life he fought hard against deep depression, mental, physical and emotional wounds among other things. Though his spirit was always strong for those he loved, he often struggled to lift his spirits for himself the way he would for his loved ones. Till the very end, our dad cared for and loved his family, even when he couldn’t always show it. His gift to this world is intangible but no doubt linked to the love he showed others. He is a giant that will truly be missed physically, but will live on in the hearts and minds of all those who felt the love of this man.
Michael Daddy, as he was known by his children, spent an immeasurable amount of time being at their extracurricular activities. long hours dedicated toward guiding his children. He spent quality time going to his kids' various extra curricular activities their whole lives. He did an excellent job (and you can quote them on this). He was very very proud of their accomplishments and the loving caring young men and woman they became.
He will be surely missed by his Mother Pamela Calivozo Winters and Bonus dad Dave Winters, his sister Delani Relloque Place and bonus brother Rod Place. Bonus sister Emily Winters Munter and Aaron Munter.
