

Pacifico (Jun/Boy) Rubio Jr. was born September 30, 1949 in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was the son of Pacifico Rubio Sr. and Mercedes Luzod Rubio. After leaving the Philippines, Pacifico moved to New York and later settled in Stockton, California, where he passed away peacefully on July 26, 2022.
While in Stockton, Pacifico played a significant role supporting friends and family in the community. As a handyman and computer expert, Pacifico would often help others in any way he could, without any hesitation, and would ask for nothing in return. When not building and fixing, Pacifico was a caring and attentive husband and parent, a dear friend, and an additional father-figure in many people’s lives. He will always be remembered for his kind heart and his willingness to work hard to improve the lives of others, as well as his unmatched ability to decorate his home each Christmas.
Pacifico had a long career at General Mills in Lodi, California, where he built many life-long relationships. After retiring, he spent much of his time with his four grandchildren.
Visitation for Pacifico will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A rosary will occur Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 5:00 PM, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 3847 N. Sutter Street, Stockton, California. A final resting place will occur Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Cherokee Memorial Park, Harney Lane & Highway 99, Lodi, California.
Pacifico is survived by his wife, Fatima Rubio, their two sons, Jayson and Justin, and grandchildren, Kylee, Rorie, Kailyn, and Samara. He is also survived by his last surviving sister, Evelyn Willis
