Born December 31, 1956, in Manila, Philippines to his late parents Andy and Iluminada Imutan, they eventually moved to America with his older brother Bernie and younger brother Jerry.
He attended Thomas Edison High School in Stockton, CA and then enrolled in the US Air Force. After completing his term with the Air Force, he returned to Stockton and began to work with the United States Post Office as a mail handler and supervisor. He dedicated 37 years to the Post Office before retiring and moving to Las Vegas with his wife Elna.
Willie enjoyed an active life. He was a black belt martial artist, bowled in local leagues and tournaments, played in the USPS softball league, entered Filipino American golf tournaments, and loved camping with his family and friends. But most of all, Willie enjoyed riding his bike with his biker friends and being out on the open road.
He was loved by everyone. He knew how to bring people together and always found joy in making everyone laugh. He was a caring son and brother, loving husband, and amazing father. Willie will always be remembered as the one who everyone can count on, no matter what and anyone who knew him is lucky to have met such an incredible man.
He is survived by wife Elna, son Miles (Sakhone) Imutan, stepsons Roel (Mark) Suasin, JR (Karen) Suasin, Roger (Elia) Suasin, and grandchildren: Isys, Mia, Kai, Milo, Eve, and Eliana.
