Yang enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also actively involved at Cornerstone Community Alliance Church.
He is survived by his wife Choua Thao, their eight children: Lee Vang, Mai Vang, Pa Yang, Bao Vang, Cee Vang, Kayla Vang-Lao, Bill Vang, and Peter Vang, their grandchildren: Lalani Vang, Landon Vang, Julianna Nguyen, and other family and friends.
Yang Vang passed away on March 5, 2021 at Central Valley Specialty Hospital in Modesto, CA.
The funeral service will be held at 9:00am on April 2, 2021 at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary. Burial will follow the funeral at Lodi Memorial Park and Cemetery in Lodi, CA.
