Bryan Garner Kaye

1969 - 2025

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the unexpected passing of Bryan Garner Kaye—a devoted father, loyal friend, and truly one-of-a-kind person.

Bryan was the ultimate hockey dad. Whether he was cheering from the stands, rattling off game stats, or sharing his classic one-liners, he always brought energy, humor, and warmth wherever he went. He passed on his passion for sports to our three boys, along with his quick wit and love for life’s little moments.

He was the rock for our boys—steady, strong, and always there when they needed him. His commitment to them, his work, and helping others made him incredibly special. Bryan had a way of making people feel seen, welcomed, and at ease—just by being himself.

He leaves behind his pride and joy his three boy's Nathan, Justin and Haylen, their Mother Elechia who he co-parented with. His Mother Esther and Brother Jason Kaye; and many extended family members and dear friends who loved him deeply.

He will be missed more than words can say. We are so grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the love he gave so freely. Thank you for keeping our boys and everyone who loved Bryan in your thoughts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 - 3PM at the Heritage Pavilion - Spruce Grove Hall Room 5100 41 Avenue, Stony Plain, Alberta T7Z 0B4. A reception will follow.
