David Arthur Barnfather

1950-2023

With great sadness, the family of Mr. David Barnfather of Parkland County, AB. wishes to announce his passing on November 27, 2023, at the age of 73 years.

David will always be remembered as a family man, for being a loving husband, dad and grandpa. He had a special place in his heart for his grandsons and enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed his life in the country and loved to sit out on his deck with a cold one in hand and listen to the birds. David had strong values, his motto was “family first” and he certainly lived up to it.

David will be forever loved and missed by his daughter Fiona (Sterling) Haines; his grandsons Jaxon & Carter as well as numerous family and friends.

David was predeceased by the love of his life and wife of 48 years, Patricia.

May they forever be together.

A Celebration of Life will be held for David at a later date.
