Dorothy Helen McComb

On Wednesday morning, the 28th of February 2024, Dorothy passed away peacefully, at home in her sleep at the age of 86 with her husband Bob and their daughter Brenda by her side. A viewing for family and close friends was held on the 29th of February, 2024.

She is survived by her loving husband, of 68 years, Bob.

Loving mother of five children, Steve (Julie) McComb, Sandra (Randall) Deeves, Brenda (Tim) McKinney, Tim (Karen) McComb and Mark (Melinda) McComb.

Grandmother of Shaun (Faith) Deeves, Matthew (Kihya) McComb, Jennifer (Steve Reiter) Bauer, Brandon (Kristina) Deeves, Alysia McComb, Colin (Caitlin) McComb, Kaitlyn McComb, Alexis McComb, Celee-Rae (Brad) Lake and Ryan Wozny.

Great-grandmother of Ryland, Abigail, Lennox, Tatum, Ollie, Baker, Wayne, Kirby and Wylee.

Survived by two half sisters, Carol (Robert) Mcleod and Dianne (John) Stoddart and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her Father Clifford (2008); Mother Doris (1944); Stepmother Ivy (2008); three brothers Norman, Jack and Allan; and two sisters Verna and Joan.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 19, 2024 at the Stony Plain Legion, 4902 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB, from 2-5PM.
