Joanne will be remembered as an avid golfer and curler. She was an artistic soul who enjoyed many outdoor activities. She volunteered many hours during the Edmonton Folk Music Festival but one of her greatest joys was her work at Grant MacEwan University until her retirement in 2009.
Joanne will be forever loved by her husband and best friend of 27 years Mike; her sister Debbie; her nephews Danny and Michael as well as many friends.
Joanne was predeceased by her parents Annie & Fred.
