Stella Lewko

Stella lived a wonderful, full life. She was an avid golfer, curler, bridge player and reader. She enjoyed music, loved to dance and had many creative pursuits. She was a great cook and loved to entertain family and friends. Stella was well-known for her volunteer work in the church and within the community, always willing to lend a hand whenever needed. A devoted wife and mother, she exemplified strength, perseverance, adaptability and living life to the fullest.

Stella will be greatly missed by daughter Elaine (Greg) Boughen; son Ken Lewko; grandsons Dan Boughen (Dayna Leedahl) and Steve (Danielle) Boughen; great-grandchildren Ella, Jack and Reece; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Stella is predeceased by her husband Tom; parents William & Maria Rudnyk; siblings: Anna Rudnyk, Walter Rudnyk, Vera Laschuk and Helene Radcliff.

A private celebration of Stella’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at St. Augustine’s- Parkland Anglican Church. Special thanks to the wonderful, compassionate staff of both Stony Plain Home Care and the Devon Hospital Long Term Care Unit.
