Terry was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was undeniably proud of Kurt, Chad, and Deanna, and always did his best to support them.
Terry was also a passionate snowmobiler, and could often be found snowmobiling in the mountains or at the lake with family and friends any chance he could. His willingness to help anyone that needed it was just one of the many things that made Terry so special. Anyone who knew Terry knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Terry was predeceased by his father, Ray Malmas; his sister, Barb Danelesko; his grandparents, Pete and Augusta Malmas and Bill and Mary Warwaryck; his in-laws, Robert and Noella Huot and sister-in-law, Rita Huot.
He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine; his children, Kurt (April) Malmas, Chad (Karli) Malmas, and Deanna (Mat) McRae; his grandchildren, Ryder and Nixon; his mother Kay Malmas as well as many extended family and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will take place on Thursday, June 17 at 11:00 a.m., with live-streaming available through www.parklandfuneralservices.com .
