Virginia was born July 1, 1949 in Coronation, Alberta and passed away July 15, 2022 in the University of Alberta Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 54 years, Anthony (Tony) Lovell; her children: Christine (Lloyd) and Dana (Angie); her grandchildren: Chelsea (Shane), Vincent, Bree, Chloe (Adrian), Serenity, Lloyd Jr., and Kiran; five great-grandchildren: Amira, Rayn, Raedyn, Aurora and Amara; her siblings: Susan, Bonnie, Ian, Ross, Amy and Peggy; spouses and children, in-laws Loretta, Valli, Dale, Eva, Orville spouses and children as well as numerous nieces, nephews, the Scouting Family, and the Canora Community League.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 6, 2022 at 2 PM at the Canora Community League, 10425 152 Street, Edmonton, AB.
In keeping with the Lovell tradition, a potluck lunch will follow the celebration in the hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Kidney Foundation are being accepted.
