It is with deep sadness that the family of William “Ron” Heron announces his passing. He will be forever missed by his children, Marilyn (Doug) Nordlund, Rick (Carol) Heron, Lorraine Terashta, Shawn Clarke, and Shayne Clarke; his 10 grandchildren; his 9 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Peggy (Joe) Cerny and Shirley (Gordy) Miller; and his sister-in-law, Doreen Heron.
Ron was predeceased by his parents, Nancy and Bill Heron; his first wife, Olive Heron; his second wife, Eileen Clarke, his daughter, Debbie Heron and his brother Doug Heron.
Ron was a hardworking and ambitious man who was always willing to lend a helping hand to his neighbours. He loved the outdoors and had a true passion for anything with an engine. Cars, snowmobiling, quad riding, and riverboating brought him joy—he definitely had a need for speed.
