William John Nicoll

On March 15, 2024 Bill Nicoll unexpectedly passed away in his home at the age of 79. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Una of 55 years; sons Trent, Tim (Jade) and Rob (Tanya); daughter Penny (Ruben); sister Sandra (Barry); sisters-in-law Faye (Ernie) and Judy (Alfie); grandchildren Brett, Wyatt, Tyler, Alexis, Leah and several nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his mother, father, sister and grandparents.

Bill loved his family, friends and community. He was instrumental in organizing the Alberta Beach Volunteer Fire Department, was a dedicated member and served as Fire Chief for 22 years. He was a prominent member in Alberta Beach with his upholstery business, his time served on town council and as mayor, as well as the many community organizations he was a part of. The family would like to extend a very special thank you for all the support from the first responders during this difficult time.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 7th, 2024 at 2PM at the Alberta Beach Agliplex.
