Anthony Ferrara, 101 of Stony Point NY, formerly of Melbourne FL and Farmingville NY. Anthony died peacefully at home on June 14, 2011. He was predeceased by his wife Sally, his son in law Nicholas Gamma and grandson Joseph Gamma. A retired postal worker, he is survived by his daughter Josephine Gamma of Cumming GA, son Dennis of Spring Hill FL, son Stephen of Stony Point NY and 8 grandsons and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Faye Scuirca and Sue Ruocco. A graveside service will be held at Holy Sepulchre cemetery in Coram NY on Saturday June 18, at 11:30 AM. The family request any donations be made in Anthony's name to the Bobbi Lewis Adult Day Care Center in Nanuet NY or Hospice of Rockland.
