He and his wife also ventured into business together as the Proprietors of Sidestreet Saloon, located in Highland Falls, in 2008.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Loma P. Paul was a true outdoorsman, an avid hunter, boater, and ice fisherman. He enjoyed the times he spent out west with his brothers and cousins, being on the lake fishing with his family and friends, and his endless love of The Hudson River. An overall lover of what Life had to offer. He spent his time, chopping wood, his absolute favorite hobby, as well as building and creating works of art that displayed his endless talents, incredible intelligence and amazing skill set.
Paul set the bar high as a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Friend, and Employee; a True Renaissance Man. He was the epitome of a Gentleman, a pillar of his community, and a constant strength and role model for his family, friends, and all of those who knew him. He valued his strong upbringing and in turn passed that along to his loved ones. His true dedication was to his wife Loma. Together they wrote an everlasting love story. Starting out as just kids themselves, they built an empire that was cherished between the two of them and admired by all. She selflessly devoted her love to him as well. There were no limits as to their achievements, nor end to their accomplishments together. Loma loved Paul as much on his last day as she did on their first. Staying true to character, he lived his best life and wished the same for all. He will be greatly missed.
