Sandra J. Garigali

64 years old. Known lovingly to family and friends as Sandy. She was born on August 9, 1957.

Sandy spent many years caring for others as a registered nurse.

In retirement, she enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her four beautiful grandchildren, who knew her as ChaCha, on family trips to casino’s and of course on shopping trips. Sandy is survived by her

husband, Dr. Frank Garigali, daughter’s Brittany & Sabrina, her sister Karen and brother Brian.

She is also survived and remembered fondly by her grandchildren, Aurora, Genevieve, Matthew

and Henry. She had many nieces, Melanie Sherwood, Vicki Jackson and Jessica Imperato &

Nephews, Alan Murdock, Daniel Jackson, Anthony Imperato, Nicholas Imperato, Michael and

Anthony Torres. Sandy’s love extended to her many grandnieces and nephews, brother in law

Dimitri Romero, Four sisters in law - Donna, Mary, Theresa and Josephine. She is predeceased

by her mother, Edith Jackson and father, Howard O’dell.

We all love you Sandy-Chacha-Mom and we know that you are always with us. You left a hole in

our hearts and lives.

A memorial visitation for Sandra will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., 73 N Liberty Dr. Stony Point, New York 10980. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc..

In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to be sent to St. Jude's Children’s Hospital.
