ANGELA MARIE BOYLE (DeSantis) August 7, 2021 of Malvern PA, formerly of Beverly Hills, Upper Darby. Beloved wife of Joseph, loving mother of Gregory K. (Lisa), Conrad J. (Donna), Angela J. Cordisco (Anthony), Kevin R. (Frances), Christopher W. (Jane), and Gina M. Bradley; loving grandmother of 17, Conrad, Nicole, Jenna, Kevin J., Lauren, Anthony J., Christian, Stephen, Zachary, Vincent, Julia, Danielle, Connor, Marissa, Tara, Jeffrey, and Joseph, and 7 great-grandchildren; dear sister of Conrad DeSantis, Robert DeSantis and the late Leonard DeSantis.

Angela was born February 27, 1929 in Philadelphia. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College on a full music scholarship in 1951. She was offered a professional career in opera but opted to marry the love of her life, Joe in 1952. They raised a family of six in Upper Darby, PA. She went on to teach high school at Notre Dame High School in Media, PA and thereafter at Cardinal Dougherty in Philadelphia. She was loved by her students as she brought real life experiences to courses in Child Development and Home Economics, impacting the lives of many young people. Somehow she also found time for charities, including the annual turkey drive for needy families.

Dedicated to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews, family was her life. She loved music, travelling, gardening and cooking. Many have fond memories of her home cooked meals and gracious hospitality.

Her golden years were split between Pennsylvania and Florida; Nanny became a special person to all 17 grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are invited to her Funeral Mass on Saturday August 14, 2021 , 10 o’clock AM, at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 1200 SE 10th Street, Stuart , Florida. On a later date a private family interment will take place at West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004.
